I think that your best bet is to let it go for the time being.
I have tried to load 4 characters in 4 systems and they all eventually pop up saying that
your in a system that is currently stuck.
I try every few days but I have yet to get onto the server once, i get the same thing as you.
I am assuming it is generating enough debug for them to fix.

I get that too shows 216 online atm but keeps spamming that 1001011 message at me.

at least im not the only one not one of the characters on my 2 accounts can log in. I just want to play with the new scanner

I'm in the same boat, and one of my chars is in FD-MLJ. Dunno how to work around it.

I get into kisogo, and warp about a little, then I get a disconnect or a traffic control thing that won't let me jump. Is this a forge specific problem or a universal one?

Same in here.
My character was in Agil and after reading some new stats I targeted the auto pilot to the main system in Syndicate. 27 jumps away... about a week later I'm 7 jumps out stucked in a system in Essence. I will eventually arrive there during today... I think
