Our corp mate is newb, and didn't understand a Vexor was a drone ship, something we explained in local chat after the duel. If something else occured please show the combat logs. So me seeing a hound on the scanner counts me as a witness. You've listed off four people that can tell you that MN was in a Caracal, however what you don't list is that all four of those people are from your corp. I highly doubt anyone from your corp is going to speak differently then the CEO lest he/she/it get booted. I have absolutely no motive to make you look bad. I have no quarrel with you, your corp or corpmates. None of you have ever killed me and none of you have ever smack talked me. I bear no hatred towards any parties. My intention was to stay completely out of this thread, however when I saw the verbal gangbang going on and all the attempted derailings of this thread and all the false facts thrown in to confuse readers mixed in with the trolling alts, I just had to post. Had it been Karl who dishonored the duel I would be posting here defending you instead, I'm a neutral party and I am telling you these facts right now, one last time. Anything you come back with I will frankly ignore because I know the truth. Here are the facts from my perspective: -MN owns a hound. -nef and Karl were in a belt dueling. -Karl witnessed MN appear in his overview and launch a salvo at him from his hound. -My scan of the belt did indeed reveal a Hound in the belt. -I did not see anyone else in system who flew or was capable of flying a Hound, I typically know what everyone I see flys and what they are capable of flying once I've been in the same system for 4 months. (I've moved out now) Also you mentioned that Karl said he was going to post logs, I'm assuming he meant damage logs since chat logs are not allowed by CCP moderators. Well when you warp or dock damage logs are lost, so really theres not much that can be done there. No use crying over spilt milk. Onto the summary: Both sides have put up a flimsy case, both sides offer witnesses, and both sides have their witnesses shut down.
