Hello Tomorrow we will live an EVEless day. Could it be a good opportunity to watch an EVEish film? I mean, a film which evoques perfectly the atmosphere and overall spirit of EVE. Or even better, a film that in fact COULD be in the EVE universe :)
My humble proposal: - Blade Runner - Alien (the overall "space feeling" is close to EVE imo, not the alien, lol)

The ship design reminds of Gallente sorta reminds me of Event Horizon.
And since we're all stuck in pods, where we're going, we won't need eyes to see! -------------------------------------------------------- Working towards my own personal Dreadnought, one ISK at a time. |

The Departed. Uhh, no, not really. But I just saw it and it's pretty **** cool.
Outland, maybe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outland_%28film%29 * * * In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I keep wishing I could put a cyno field in a planet's upper atmosphere, jump a dread in and let it freefall, for some reason. That was just too cool.
Bladerunner was also a great movie, I prefer the director's cut, but I wouldn't call it eve-like.
I'd have to vote for Star Wars IV-VI.
Although there's a lot to be said about Wing Commander. None of it good, of course, but a lot to be said, nonetheless.

So its not a film, per se, but watch all 4 series back to back, that'll kill the day off

The Dune mini series and children of Dune, yes. But not that convoluted travesty given to us by David lynch.

Chronicles of Rid****.
Seriously... the insanely detailed design of the Necromongers and their technology really reeked of EVE level of detail. And the gothic designs were fairly Amarr-ish.
Saw it with a buddy, we both thought the same thing. :)
