Official Announcement
"Arrival of the Fimbulwinter"
As of today Fimbulwinter was created as an extension of SRS. The goal is to spread terrorism in Amarr space and wherever needed easier.
If the Caldari-Amarr relations continues, or deepens, we will be on the lookout for Cells (corporations) that wish to bring terrorism to the loyal Caldari forces. As of yet things remain "neutral" and no strikes toward the Caldari state is planned. But things might unfold differently in the future.
ALL Stormriders standings have been set to 0, if you had positive standings with us before you should contact me about it. Positive standings towards Fimbulwinter will be required for any good relations in the future.
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate is also considered KOS due to old reports stating they are loyal to the Amarr empire. If this is NOT the case I will welcome diplomatic talks from IAC.
The remains of Huzzah Federation is considered neutral since no reports regarding their current stance have been made.
Several corporations have been taken off the official KOS list, but the major amarr loyalist alliances and corporations remains on it.
If any enemy feel "left out" they should feel free to contact me by eve-mail or respond to this post. It is easily fixed.
Anyone operation out of areas they think we might "visit" and are not loyal or supportive of the amarr empire and/or their God should also contact myself in order to minimize casulties on both sides.
Any corporation having thoughts about becoming a Cell in Fimbulwinter can contact either myself or Ryas Nia. However, this is NOT a democratic "alliance". Code of Honor/Conduct and target-selection are two of the things all Cells operate by, regardless of their own infrastructure. Both industrial and combat-oriented corporatons are welcome, a network of Cells will add to the amount of terrorism that can and will be inflicted.

Mr. DHB FooFighter, IAC was set to KOS due to the reports we recived, among them Thyrrax, supporting the empire.
And as it says in the original post, if this is not the case we would have no reason to engage any IAC vessel we might stumble upon. Yes, I use the word stumble because that is how we operate, not fielding fleets trying to seize or conquer systems.
As of last night Dusk And Dawn was also set to KOS status for having engaged and destroyed SRS ships in the providence area. Once I get back in my pod I shall update this thread, by request, on corporations/alliances that currently are prefered targets if stumbled upon. (KOS)

You may want to add the alliance named "Novus Ordos Seclorum" to your hostile list, as they work closely with the brass fleet (CVA), in and around Providence.

It's Tyrrax, and IAC supports Sansha's Nation, not the Empire, I of course personally support the Empire, however contrary to rumors I am not Supreme Dictator for Life of IAC. (until the vote passes!  )

Thank you for clearing this matter up Miss Tyrrax Thorrk, IAC will be removed from the KOS list and treated as neutral. Until you pass the vote of course 
EDIT:
A few moments ago it came to my attention that several IAC members have/use "Friends of CVA", IAC will thus remain on the KOS list, since we have no doubt every IAC member will attack HIRD members for attacking certain pilits in IAC.

So tell me, while you are fighting the Amarr who enslave/enlighten your brothers and sisters, what does fimbulwinter think of the Federation, which neglects many of your people and leave them in a position of poverty and slow-suffering?
I see you mention Caldari-Amarr relations, however the idea that you'd simply bring your terrorism to the State, is rather odd. You can thank the Federation for our relationship with the Amarr, and it's a shame really. So many of you, Brutors especially, seem to have little to no problem with taking orders or working to near-exhaustion. Such dedication to a duty would earn a rather comfortable life for them in the State, yet they choose to head for the Federation, where such dedication is often wasted, or ignored.
You may find Caldari-Amarr relationships deepen at some point in your life, however you should realize that many 'cell's you would find in the State will likely have no problems turning their guns on your people, allies, or even you, when the time suits them.
