Openly bragging about ruining the Corp's work.
Insulting them whenever you could.
Pumping up your "achievement" to biblical proportions.
Blaming the theft on some crappy little IRL problems that can't have been so bad if you spending time playing computer games.
Bringing it up in almost every post you make.
Attempting to turn the theft into a heroic act of sheer bravery and courage.
Having an ego much bigger than Jash's rebuttal skills.
Look closer to home before mouthing off about other people being "rude".

So were rude now (yes were the victims here)
This "Good" person stole oure work from 3 weeks. She complained about having no trust in here after i gave her 1mil isk, 1 thorax, a Vex and gave here access to all she needed.
Then she/he didn`t show here face for 2-3 weeks, so i revoked access. The this lady came *****inh to gave her acess again and i did (my mistake)
The first change she got she cleared out all oure hangars.
So all ceo`s . If u chose to make this an member of youre corp. Please let her be CEO the first day, give her access to all youre assets and then maybe she will be happy. i say maybe.
Babye. This won`t go over. I`ll check on you always and by the first corp you get accepted i mail the CEO these nice 2 forum links.

We all meet up at a moon (those online at the time) and you have to swear loyalty to the corp etc... very important you do this, we need to know this kind of thing is behing you. It is important for our initiation ceremonies to be held in 0.0 space, to avoid any unwelcome labels such as 'carebears'. Also we have a certain moon where the majority of our members were initiated, so its becoming a tradition yes.

Yah there is; it's someone who thinks that just because "it's a game" that people's hard work, time and money all of a sudden don't mean anything.
Fact is "gaming" in one form or another is a vital part of everyone's real lives. You're dealing with real people, investing real time and money in something they hope to be successful at and saying "it's just a game" when you come in and destroy all they have built just goes to show what a callous, disgraceful lump of a human you must be - both here and in real life.

Please oh please put some kind of spacer in your signature. Having an erroneously spelled signature crammed right up to the text of the post only makes things look bad. (Hint: "were" is past tense, so for example "I know we were good" means that some time ago a group you were part of was good (at something unspecified), whereas "I know were good" says nothing. If you insist on slang you can put a ' in "were" like this: "I know we're good."
Not that the signature would make any sense at all anyway. Then the vote Stavros sigs are better...
But anyway, since you don't understand the issue of "real life versus game", let me elaborate: yes, this is nothing else than a game. It's not real. But you want to know what IS real?
The time people spend playing the game. The money spent on subscriptions is not much of an issue, it's negligible, but the time spent - IRL time that, if you remember your biology and haven't smoked so much pot as to think you'll somehow go to Nirvana and back, is not refundable - that time is not refundable. Not by you, not by CCP, not by anyone.
Those that say that "it's just a game" to support preying on other players are just trying to get ramshackle excuses to live out those big-bully tendencies that I guess they've been to small IRL to give vent there.
And no, I'm not being a carebear here. Grabbing territory and defending it from intrusion is not preying on others. But stealing from people that show you trust through reopening access to their hangars after you've been inactive, that is preying on other people. And while you are hopefully to puny IRL to vent your tendencies on "real" people, I think we all know what kind of person you are.

What we are dealing with here is a matter for modern philosophers and theologens. When does a virtual world become complex enough to apply morality? When does a game become less of a game and more of an alternate reality? How do we know we arent made up of 1's and 0's in some massive computer?

What's idiotic about working hard at a leisure activity? Ever played a long chess game against someone of comparable skill? Ever played a long game of basketball or soccer? Ever tried developing an even halfway respectable golf game? Ever play RISK against a group of people who take it seriously? Ever tried winning "Rygar" for the original NES?
There's nothing about "game" which implies "no hard work." The fact is, being successful at almost any of the current online games requires an investment of real money, real time, commitment, and dedication to the "pseudo-job." Face it, some things in these games are fun, but some of it boils down to grunt work in order to gain power. NPC hunting in EverQuest, mining in EVE, harvesting in Horizons, etc.

For some EVE is an everyday activity - it's how they choose to invest precious hours and they hope their hard work will pay off with rewards of a more fun and rewarding game experience by gaining whatever it is they are working to achieve, be it increased wealth, power, prestige, or ability to stand up to NPC and PC opponents.
The willful destruction of these people's efforts is a moral choice, regardless of how much you wish you could justify it by saying that it doesn't count because it's a game - you are still destroying real time, real money, real work; you are violating real trust built between real people, and causing real anger and resentment as a result.

The "only" reason you don't steal from work or friends in real life is because you'd run the risk of being caught, prosecuted, imprisoned, and having to share a cell with someone called "Big Ron" who thinks you "have a purdy mouf".

Keeping the stolen goods on this character would keep this in game and lend some support to your "I'm just roleplaying a thief" argument.
Taking all of your stolen goods and moving them to a new character proves to everyone that you are just a lazy person who can't be bothered to do the work to get the stuff or take the heat from being a thief.
You can't have it both ways. you are either using an out of character solution to avoid the only penalty for your actions, or you're roleplaying the bad guy. You can't have both.
BTW, I'm pretty sure most corps could avoid your future alts by just requiring a two sentence writing sample. You are rather distinct.

Your argument has more holes than a slice of swiss cheese. The above quote mentions something about people who kill other people being sick because someone worked hard to earn those skills. Alright, if you have the correct clone you wont lose those skills you agonize over. Before we get into a discussion of whether the stuff you stole is or isnt real (what is real?), you nonetheless stole stuff that people worked long and hard for.
I for one dont like the concept of Alts because Babye can now send all her stuff over to an alt and start anew with a whole hangarfull of stuff that isnt hers. I'd like to see some way of seeing a character's alts.
And saying that people who kill other players are "sick bas tards" is nothing like a person that steals other peoples work, because once again you dont lose your skills when you die (unless you havent been keeping up to date with the concept of clones), and insurance will cover a good portion, if not more than, the cost of your ship. Babye, you may try to justify your actions all you want, but you know fully well that your actions were against real people and not a game and it is clear from all your posts they were not in the spirit of playing in character - as in role playing a thief. This makes you corrupt, in real life. Whats more, not doing the same thing in real life doesnt detract from what you really are as you have done this to people who at one point considered you a friend and trusted you. These are not NPCs, they are real people on the other end of the line/chat window and you know that fully well. It does, however, make you cowardly as you are afraid of the real concequences you might face in the real world if you behaved in a similar fashion.
Have your life, play the game even, but do yourself a great service and look deeply inside, be honest and true to yourself and you will eventually see the ramifications of your actions and how they apply to your own real life. The two are inseperable and you know this at least on a subconscious level. Even if it takes years - it will eventually catch up to you. If, at that point, it affects you, then you will have realised, if it does not, then you will end your days as corrupt and immoral as you are now.
And if you didnt understand or reject any of what I have just said, then perhaps you may, even with vague recollection one day, when you finally mature enough to be honest to yourself - this being the single most important development of your 'soul' or 'heart'.

Why does one person decide to steal in game and others don't? Even though it is just a game, it still reflects upon you real life character, your set of morals.
Stop hiding your insecurity by saying "lol" after every sentence, its too obvious.
Please use paragraphs, capital letters at the beginning of each sentence aswell as punctuation if you wish to convince us you are 22 years of age. I find it hard to beleive any adult would write so poorly.
Finally, seek psychological help.

You say you are happy, can you understand by taking those items the have removed the chance for someone else to be happy too. They put the time in to be happy.
That 40 million is not real, so if it can make you happy, then why cant you understand that your actions can make people sad.
Plz explain this as it seems to be a flaw in the arguement. Is it a game with no real conections. Or does it give pleasure. What it boils down to is you seem to be a griefer. Enjoying yourself over others misery.

Age means nothing people. Wake up and face it. The majority of immature, idiotic, foolish people on the 'net are ages 20-40 (note I said majority, there's bound to be people older and younger-that could well in fact be extended to 15-40 years old and cover a lot more).
The average 12 year old is likely to pay you a lot more respect (provided you don't lose it at first sight by yelling your mouth off about things you don't have a clue about...this age debate being one of them ) than people much, much older. Said 12 year old online is usually a lot more creative and intelligent than said older people. Quit giving the kids stick because it's not true.
You go and find me unbiased, PROOF that the majority of uncouth, imbecilic, illogical fools online are not 15-40 (the great majority, easily over 90%) years of age.
I won't be holding my breath  .

Nos: Nothing to command me here. Been around long enough to feel sorry for someone who is so helpless, so allone, that the only way he can get someone to notice them is by being a ************.

Do what you feel. Laugh your heads off, dear Corp Thief. Get a plane to write "BUT I AM 22!!" in the skies and have a laugh-fest with your "room mates". Celebrate your sucess. Anything to make the vast emptyness in your heart vanish, even if only for a very short time. Perhaps it will give you the energy needed to get up, face your problem and everything else. (*Note: I am not speaking about "I lost my Girl, my Job, my School etc etc etc... seeing you told us you're writing a paper on monday you didn't lose anything... except a little boredom with the whole thing.)
As a side-note: Try not to lie TOO much, stick as much to the truth as you can. You just have prooven to us: Too many lies make it difficult to remember where one lied about what....

i know u do read these forums and because of that i cannot fathom why u would let this person into your corp in the 1st place
a simple check on babye's posts would show they were somewhat lacking in the characteristics that would make up a productive addition to a corps membership
remember chacer56? the 1 that dug up month old posts and generally got every1 p|ssed off for trolling? it didnt take a PHD to realise babye and chacer were 1 and the same
in light of all the corp thefts and complete lack of any form of retribution i'd suggest people play closer attention to those they allow into their corps (yes - hindsight is a wonderful thing but allowing someone with trackable character flaw access to major assets is naive at best)
