yeah escrow going bye bye - just another example of something beneficial to players being taken out in favor of something you have to train skills for. Training skills takes time, and player time to CCP = money. Pretty soon you'll need a docking skill I'm sure, or everyone will have to train ethnic relations to join a corp.
The more I read about Kali the more I think it's just going to be made of fail.
Eventually, I see a skill to change game volume and disable the music. Skills to run at different resolutions. Skills to post in the forums, etc. Anything for a buck.

Eh... 24k? I can't make a sig that doesn't suck and keep it under 24k. Oh well.

I think you have to have INT and CHA to post on the forums thats why there are soo many locked threads. Most only have Prec at 20 while having 4 INT and 6 CHA...........
Industrialists do it in multiple slots.

To be fair, the OP did say "Can anyone suggest some more rules to help flesh out this guide?"
And the dev replied to that question...imho i don't think it's the dev's job to tell you the
secrets of how something works or what will be changed, that's up to whoever is responsible
for said change. The contract system, i believe, is being written bu Tuxford and i seem to
remember quite a few blogs on the subject.

Get a clue. If you read the dev blogs, as you should, you'd know all about contracts. Please don't expect CCP to force feed you information every time they post.

This is the kind of ignorant knee-jerk response that the customers need to work out. There is massive detail on what is coming in Kali 1 available to those of us paying attention, not to mention that people lucky enough to get on the test server actually got to use it.
