No EVE will not currently run natively under any OS other than windows, there are ways to run it under a few versions of Linux and if you were to install something like virtual PC on to the mac and install windows it might run albeit slower than on windows, there haven't been any announcements about making a mac version as that would require having to maintain 2 client codebases and it makes patching a lot more difficult as you have to bugtest both the mac and PC versions to ensure you don't break anything on either of them.

I'm wondering how the dual booting Intel Macs work with EVE. Anyone given that a try?
They work just fine, in my experience. IIRC, there were a number of "HAY GUYS, YOU CAN PUT WINDOWS ON YOUR MAC NOW" articles that even included screenshots of EVE in them.
Yes if you own one of the intel based macs you can install a windows partition but that defeats the point of buying an expensive mac when you could just buy a cheap PC instead :)
