I have 5 million SP and here is what I am looking for:
-Lots of PvP 
-Close knit corp
-Active in EST
-Experienced PvPers to learn from
-0.0 Space to rat in for income (not required but prefered)
-Experienced leaders and FC's
-Small gang PvP, but will do fleets if needed
-Teamspeak or Vent
-Killboard (would be nice but not in anyway a requirement)
What I offer:
-Experience in PvP
-Very Active
-Always trying to become a better PvPer
-Willing to help on corp ops
-Can help with industry if its really needed
-Prior leadership experience

Sounds like you should check out Intermind Unlimited. We are a well established 0.0 corporation who not only has a good PvP team, but enough industry behind it to pay the bills and a good alliance as well. Check Intermind Unlimited out when you are looking for a laid back but organized mid-sized corporation with PVP as a primary interest, but not exclusive interest, everyone has a role! If you are looking for l33t dud3z or kiddies, there are plenty of other corps out there better suited for that. We have people in all TZs but mostly Euro and US.
