Someone gave me this link today
GEEK TEST
I am afraid to say I am 20% Geek. That may not sound too bad but its a tuff test and I don't think its humanly possible for anyone to actually be so geeky as to score 100% - no one could possibly have the time.
Anyway with 6 of my corp m8s (in various parts of the world) all going to see the Matrix Revolutions on the opening day (and we are not a gigantic corp) I think this is a fair indication of the interests of EVE players.
Would be interesting to see what you all score. Now be honest!

Yeah 2.56 and if it weren't for the SCA and JRR Tolkein it would have been zero I think. There should have been questions that lowered your score like. Did you play sports in school? Have you ever been to a toga party? Have you ever come to and not known what state you were in? Have you ever come to at Mardi Gras missing your wallet, shirt and shoes? Have you ever been to jail? etc

For example, it asked if I own Magic: the Gathering cards. It didn't ask if I owned Magic cards printed in a foreign language.

I guess having a Phd in physics, not only knowing the value of Pi to 10 digits but being able to prove the value by hand on paper. (no electrical devices)
I have built calculaters, lasers, worked with nuclear reactors, and done technical analysis of movies to show where they violate the laws of physics.
Scary thing is I was a geek in denial for many years until I accepted my fate and embraced it. But I am a geek who knows how to blow things up so my friends come to my house when it is fireworks time :) (i feel so used)

I did this test a while ago (it's been up for years, can't believe people are still using this). I got around 65% if I remember correctly.
The test is: Biased towards Americans. Biased towards Trekkies. Biased towards n00bs-in-general. Biased towards people who are interested in a sex life. Biased towards socially acceptable people (I mean jeez, what idiot goes to dances or sci-fi conventions where there is a huge, swarming MASS of humans just waiting to irritate the hell outta you with their foolery?). Biased towards Trekkies. (Did I mention that already?) Biased towards people who read crappy books like Tolkien . Biased towards n00bs (did I mention n00bs?) who watch crappy cartoons (yet more socialising evident, and in addition watching cartoons is hardly exercising your brain). Biased towards females (+1% for being female).
Can someone tell me what is geeky about plotting to take over the world or playing Risk to the end? Or any other of the hundreds of things in there that are just logical, sensible things?
I swear the author of that test wasn't even a geek himself _______________________________________________________________________

That was funny, but there were several questions I thought should be shrugged off as either just being male, or just like the idea of blowing stuff up
Examples:
I HAVE...
looked forward to dissecting a frog, pig, etc <-- what guy in highschool didnt look forward to chopping up some small animal in Bio class
I HAVE...
worn a costume other than for Halloween or a play <---- there should be a sub-option for this that asks if you were drunk at the time and just trying to look like an idiot
I WANT...
a real lightsaber <--- who wouldnt wanna wave that around and dice up some people
7 of 9 & Willow or Buffy <--- im sorry but wtf who wouldnt?
to take over the world <---- who doesnt
I WANT TO BE
a superhero <-- X-Ray vision baby yea! w00t
Cmon, these are not fair questions
They should have added things to the list like things you do that are not Geeky or something, like other then playing Eve, I play rugby and get hammered at the bar 2-3 (sometimes more depending on cash)
