Farjung would win,
only way i can see him losing is if his opponent pulled an officer web on him early or while burning away from him and managed to slow his inertia down to keep him at 20K.

From a corpmates perspective: I always feel secure with DaMiGe' in my gang, and hes **** good, i wouldnt doubt his ability at all.
However having never seen Farjung in action personally or flown with him id hate to comment so from a 'tactical' point of view this Darjung fight will probably see em both run out of ammo tbh! forward with more haulers! (to be popped)

The Machariel's messed up agility modifier makes it more or less default lose. Providing you don't get within 15km though (which as stipulated above, is not that likely to happen) a decent Mach would pull it out of the oven easily though, simply because it will be winning the cap war by a mile and a half.
DaMiGe's Machariel however would likely not last until the injectors ran out however (AFTERBURNER, WHAT THE CHRIST MATE?). The ammo issue is also valid, but cutting a single injector allows for enough reloads. Hell, even with 15km it'll be doing decently as it out-tanks the Vindi rather comftorably (both ships tank eachother until injectors run out without an issue, but the Machariel gets energized membranes versus officer platings and the ability to fit cap-efficient Core X's).

Im toen between my knowledge of how good damige is.... and how much i love gallentean weaponry and ship design 
I just dont know...
Just for the fact that damige and his mates jump carriers into middle of fleet battles. im gunna say him.. becuase thats a **** cool thing to do...
