Due to a valid point brought up by our users of GTC's, anyone who had a expiration date older than September 1, 2006 when the backup of TQ was applied for Revelations testing (October 10th, 2006) those accounts expiration dates have been set to January, 1st, 2007 and your accounts are now active.
Happy testing.
Please Note: This only affects users on the test server.

Its because they made a rollback on the test server to v27121. So the changes they made with the time card accounts got lost.
Waiting for them to fix it...I cant log on either. 
Thank you! For bringing that to my attention.. I have once again un-expired all GTC accounts.. If you had an expiration date greater then June 1rst, 2006 your accounts are now active.. this should now cover all our 1 month to 3 month GTC users.

Yes currently SISI is up on a test TQ database to test a patch thats going to be deployed... when its brought back up on KALI then you will be using the KALI database where you guys are enabled again.

Only if you haven't changed your password since 10/10/2006 which is when i believe the last mirror was made, changes on TQ won't affect SISI until a new mirror is done and this includes login changes, if your account did not exist on that day then you are unable to login to SISI until there is a new mirror
