Recently I was browsing through the trade channels, and someone said that they were looking to buy mine blueprints. He told me that mines were going to be available/buildable/usable in Kali. Is this true? And are they the same mines that were used before my time?? Any info is appreciated.

I know that the old blueprints show up on escrow from time to time, but they aren't useable. I can't see CCP bringing them back anytime soon either, considering all the issues that came up with their use. Lag, Concording in 0.0, and the fact they really didn't do much.

More likely its someone still trying to get rid of this "rare" item that is of no use to anyone anymore. I remember mines, they lagged systems to hell and back and after moo's abundant usage of them they stopped.
If CCP brought them back it would be the largest backstep in the history of gaming, unlikely to happen.
