I recently returned to the game and thought I would check out faction warfare again. When I was there last year or thereabouts the minmatar were pretty on the ball. Right now I don't know what has happened it's our turn to take the war zone and I have seen the same 3 systems vulnerable for the last 4 days and nothing has been done. What's going on ? |

Welcome back valuable Warrior of the Republic o7
Tribal Force are responsible for almost all of the successful HUB bashes so far (35ish). We are currently lulling the Amarr into a false sense of security.
(Propaganda translation the Amarr have hammered us in recent HUB bash attempts and we are getting our **** together to give them a hammering back if possible and 'chilling out', we are not just going to bang our heads on a brick wall risking burnout just because a system is vulnerable in the meantime)
Please feel free to encourage other militia groups unaligned with the Tribal Force to get the job done in the meantime...
Seriously though last night at one point there were approx 14 Tribal Force pilots online and 150 pilots in militia chat. More than enough without having to wait for us to form something.

... that's kinda our fault. We left the Militia along with several other major corps and alliances. We got bored with all the farming and frigate-only stuff.

Irony being now we have no friends in the warzone and the Amarr are flying battlecruiser/T2 doctrines. Meaning that most system flip attacks are met by pirate fleets and/or Amarr militia with their new inclination towards shiney ships. Oddly enough we are having to adjust towards the sort of sub cap conflict you left to look for! |

It is alot harder to take a system than farm. It is also easier to defend a hub than to attack it. I actually really like the state of things as is, with the contested level so high in so many places, there might be a bash fleet forming up at any time to attempt something. This has the effect of us deploying often to get a decent fight with no plex mechanics which is something that I enjoy from time to time.
The biggest frustration I have is that the Morale of the Minmatar seems to take such a hit and once we stop them, they don't just immediately form up and go back at us again with a counter to what we brought. |

I could go into a nice long description of the complications we face but it would just lead to accusations of tears. Let's just say it's not as easy as it sounds. In fact your guys show up in our coms - so you should know some of the complications anyway!
Don't worry too much we have things in motion to get stuff working a little better.

In all seriousness I get you are getting at, and I understand that it is hard, and I bet there are lots of people who join fleet and comms and then, never show up and never get any kills, those would by spies, just assign someone who you trust to help control opsec for fleets that include more than your coalition, have this person check everyone before they move them from the lobby to a restricted channel, stop using fleet 1/2 and letting anyone in. I don't trust anyone in the 24ic, you shouldn't trust anyone in TLF.
I am available as a security and logistics consultant for a modest sum of isk :) I will certainly use anything you tell me against you however :)

Ha ha thanks for the offer, the coms thing doesn't concern us too much - recruitment across the coalition is open enough that we assume we have spies anyway. Indeed Todifrauan demonstrated that we certainly have line member level infiltrators and possibly director level infiltrators in the coalition :)

Baring NPC corp guys from fleets and comms is not the answer.
I openly allow anyone and everyone into my fleet and comms without opsec.
Sure I get spies who want to be elite pvpers in FW but I also give hopefully a fun time to new people to the militia and make them want to stay here and not just get bored and leave. Without attracting, retaining and training new pilots to become effective PvPers any group, militia or nullsec coalition cannot sustain themselves.
Learn FCing techniques which make spies less of an issue. Misinformation is your friend. |

omg griffins and dreads, thats desperation
how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
