I think as is being proven at the moment , you can have all the isk in EVE and not be winning anything , ASCN also have a 100bil? In any war you don't do what the enemy wants you to do, you don't use the weapons your enemy wants you to and you certainly dont do it when they want you to. I think it's fairly obvious ASCN/CYVOK don't care in the slightest what BoB want them to do, and rightly so.

Good job on preempting inevitiable post that someone was wasting 1/2 of thier day trying to find new parellels between paragon soul and some weird boring terms from the middle ages or some old religion, possibly even GQ the magazine in relation to the conflict.

I doubt anyone would be dumb enough to have one in the thick of battle unless they were pretty **** sure they had the upper hand in the system. It would be sitting at a safe-spot somewhere for it's link abilities and the ability to swat down a swarm of fighters from a distance and would jump out if things started going the wrong way, wouldn't it? I guess an even more interesting question is whether anyone would really have the sense of honor that it would take to lose one. If 100b + is about to go boom, that CTRL+Q would start to look really really seductive, would it not?
