I don't know why it is such a big deal if ASCN built the first one, apart from e-peen factors and that's just dumb...the real issue is who is going to be the first to use it in a succesful manner with some consistency and who will be the first to kill one.

Until you can provide proof it wasn't the first titan built, or that kieron was lying, I see no reason to doubt it. Speculation that "maybe" kieron didn't want to **** off someone doesn't cut it.
