I am with a tackler pilot, I just need to jam any ship that comes are way.

Why would you fill the lows with BCS? Fill them with either all plates, or all plates + 1 LAR II.
Also I would drop a multispec or two for a sensor booster II or two.

I figure I need as much dps as possible, like I said I am only flying with a frig. I need to kill the target as fast as possible before renforcements.

first of all scorp is no damage dealer, its an ew ship, so if u say something like Scorp and dps its like going to burker kind and orderung a bigmac
Onmi tank lows, may work, that there is no ew damage mod, there is nothing realy good to fit in the lows, so a tank with plate or onmy tank is fine.
med, jamers and sensor booster - why bother with a module that u dont get bonues while u have bonues to the i win button - ewar
high whatever, u can fit 6 large remote rep or cruis launcher, the cruise launchers are btw the worst dps ingame, so when dps t2 siege launchers with t2 torps but those only with having a close range fight, which is kind of weird cause a scorp can operate up to 220km away, which puts it in relativy no danger at all.
so i suggest, going for the bonues, ignore dps and get a clue ;)
about the tackles scorp, ever thought about a domi?

The scrambler is there because your tackler frig friend will die evetually

I'd try and fit a couple of smartbombs in the highs tbh, you're guaranteed to get drones on you.

Anyway a fitting role for a scorpion (aka EW boat damage soaker to come):
Hi:
Large smart bomb thermal
two heavy nos
rest are cruise
Med:
this is according to preference when it comes to jammers. you could go with 6x multis or 4x racial 2x multi
sensor booster t2
webber/scrambler/ahh **** still haven't decided on what this could be
Low:
LAR t2
WCS
backup array (grav t2)
CPR
3x heavy jamming drones.
Explained:
Hi: Large smart bomb is for the dumb tacklers and drones.
heavy nos is for tacklers in general
cruise are for SOME damage though don't hold your breath
Med:
Sensor booster -- self explanatory
jammers -- ew boat duh. Fit as prefer or w/e
last slot eh... bloody hell fit another jammer
Low:
LAR -- not meant to tank. If you find yourself taking damage WARP! The scorp is not meant to tank anything with this setup. Once you see 2+ people targeting you it's time to GTFO repair armor then warp back in.
WCS -- for those smart tacklers
CPR -- got cap?
backup array -- *laugh* imagine the jammer getting jammed a lot.

Maybe replace kinetic hardner with another 1600 plate.

EDIT -- upon further brainstorming it occured to me siege launchers might give a hard time with the fit. Cruise ftw then.
