Exploit.... Basically ... WTF OVER

Or are you just complaining because the prints havn't been seeded in the agent pool... giving your 10-20 research alts no chance ______

Hard to believe though. It could also mean that The Expanded Cargohold I bpo was converted too. And could this .. on a wild leap.. would mean a fix to the cloak problem.

EFS Manager Eve Financial Services	Posted - 2006.11.09 22:56:00 - [21] Let me preface this with stating that yes, I would like to have an Expanded Cargohold II BPO, but I do not have any RnD agents in the apropriate fields to get through the T2 lottery. But CCP, seriously! Are you on *****?! While things in the game are not always realistic and there are some changes that are needed from time to time, they are tweaks not wholesale MASSIVE changes that completely ruin any level of immersion that the game had. People work long and hard to get isk to invest and manage that. They spend weeks getting RnD agent standings up and the relevant skills under the auspices that ALL T2 are seeded via these agents. I know of a lot of people that worked hard to get RP in the fields that they SHOULD have been seeded from and now on a whim after people have put lots of work in you decide to just change it!? Shame on you! Its not like you changes the stats slightly like you did on the Cap Recharger IIs, it became a TOTALLY different item. What happened to storyline, or any level of RP in the game. I would just LOVE to hear the explanation for this in terms of RP... Sincerely, EFS Manager

I'd imagine that a good portion of the BPOs have changed hands in that time, so the assumption that you had to have started in 2003 to have one wouldn't apply. Also, I've heard that it wasn't all of the BPOs that were converted, so less of a chance of a long time player oligopoly.

At the moment, it's just semi-randomly handing large chunks of ISK to people. At least with the T2 lottery the rules were posted in advance... sigh
