Considering the x large structure will have doomsday capability, ,it might be fair to expect these structures to be larger / more expensive than titans to build ? and at 100k across, its gona take a few trit to make just one. any thoughts on this ? |

This raises a question (having never been involved in logistics for a sov alliance).
What goes in to producing outposts? Is it mostly liquid ISK, mostly minerals, mostly PI stuff, mostly moongoo, or something else?
If the present system is mostly minerals and the new system mostly PI (for instance) there will be big economic shocks from the changes.

There are two basic stages:
* Build the construction platform from station components (minerals, PI)
* Anchor and fill the construction platform (minerals, and I seem to recall NPC commodities like janitors)
... and after downtime an outpost appears. [Hence this is sensibly done just before downtime.] |

From my experience from 2011 (outpost in IS-OBW) the main work was for me to gather all the PI i needed. Minerals were pretty easily farmed by coprmates from Drone Alloys. There was almost no ISK involved (i bought BPOs for outpost components for like 100-200 million and that's all, all other taxes were not present in sov-0.0 space).
