Railguns will not get much update since we are still looking into changing how players can get into more long range combat.
Now give me some feedback 
PS:
railguns are suposed to be used at max optimal range since it has the biggest optimal range, specially with caldari ships and their optimal bonus
please test large blasters on megathron with the optimal range update, if its hitting good I might want to adjust the dominix special bonus to tracking as well
also post all stuff you used for testing if possible (ship skill, ammo, gunnery skills, modules), and the scenario if possible
also if testing for example battleship weapons, test against other battleships as NPC pirates have very little signature radius vs. battleship signature radius
more PS:
railguns won't be fully useable in long range combat until warping into a scene gets another look at, ETA for this is uncertain at the moment
gues ill buy a apoc/tempest after all, my record with current things is 390 dmg, optimal range change 1 in a gazillion, hybribs suck and with these changes that will stay the freakin same     --- "this song reminds me of the girl i met on a schooltrip, she was really nice, and she really liked me.
