75mm Railgun Damage Multiplier from 1,15 to 1,5 ROF from 2000 to 2600
125mm Railgun Tracking Speed from 0,02 to 0,025
150mm Railgun Tracking Speed from 0,02 to 0,025 Damage Multiplier from 2,5 to 2,75 ROF from 4000 to 4250
Dual 150mm Railgun Damage Multiplier from 1,15 to 1,5 ROF from 3000 to 3900
Heavy Electron Blaster Optimal Range from 1000 to 2000 Tracking Speed from 0.0267 to 0.033
Heavy Ion Blaster Optimal Range from 1200 to 2500 Tracking Speed from 0.0267 to 0.033

Railguns will not get much update since we are still looking into changing how players can get into more long range combat.
Now give me some feedback 
PS:
railguns are suposed to be used at max optimal range since it has the biggest optimal range, specially with caldari ships and their optimal bonus
please test large blasters on megathron with the optimal range update, if its hitting good I might want to adjust the dominix special bonus to tracking as well
also post all stuff you used for testing if possible (ship skill, ammo, gunnery skills, modules), and the scenario if possible
also if testing for example battleship weapons, test against other battleships as NPC pirates have very little signature radius vs. battleship signature radius
more PS:
railguns won't be fully useable in long range combat until warping into a scene gets another look at, ETA for this is uncertain at the moment

I want large blasters to be tested with megathron if possible please, since it gives tracking boost per level.
I'm editing hybrids more tonight, will update Test server again tomorrow.

any ammo at all, just dont want to hear about someone in raven or scorpion with blasters trying to shoot at cruiser pirates and complaining about lack of tracking that's for the megathron against battleships

I might want to boost the tracking for blasters a little bit closer to auto cannons, blasters are having big problems hitting targets outside their optimal range while auto cannons still manage to do it aOK.
Is this also a problem with small and medium blasters?

Tracking speed got boosted for all blasters, read starting thread
NOTE: forgot to update rare drops again with tracking update, so please use normal ones when testing

I'm having a look at the three charges, aye it's true that they ain't got enough balance.
I will have a better look at them before making any changes, crystals have too good range and deal more overall damage, comments are welcome.

Yes the frequency crystals were totally out of synch compaired to the ammo and hybrid ammo. I'll start a new thread with changes I've done.

-Little weird, doesnt the Megathron give a Tracking Bonus to Railguns also like in the ship description? Or do you only want to test the Blasters..
Reason why I want large blasters tested with megathron is because the main problem for Blasters currently is the tracking, and a little range as well.

Good suggestion, I do not want to lessen the penality on the shield but I promise I'll have a look on cap penality and usage with the skill.

Check out blasters on Chaos now, they are dominating most other weapons at 10km and I'm trying to bring them to be effective up to 15km perhabs 20km.
Would like more comments here on how blasters are working...

I have been using blasters since the day i got into my first Atron, i've chained and pvped with blasters pre and post "MegaWeaponChange Patch TM" don't take away the challenge they present for the pilots that select them as their favored weapons. It'll be like tachyons once again.
Unless by effective you mean they get hit's but not damage ammounts that would justify loading out to fight with blasters at 20km minimum.
Was talking about large blasters being able to hit at longer ranges, sorry about not defining this well enough

75mm and dual railguns got damage boosted but slowed down for similar damage over time, just will do more power hits - this will get updated on chaos tomorrow

There will not be more changes to hybrids for this patch, truly sorry but there are now bigger matters that I must attend to (targeting speed, jump in points, warping, camping etc.).
I will unstick this thread and open a new one in the future, if more tuning will be needed.
