On friday night ca. 23:00 gmt I was on mineral travel between WY-9LL and airkio. As I leave the warp to enter the space on stargate from Diaderi to Tourier sentry guns and concorde bs open fire. I don¦t know why. I lost my megatron and many minerals of mega and zydrine also an 27% cargo expander. I wanted to sell these goods in Lonetrek. I had lost all what I have build in 6 months of eve. all!! I don¦t know why the sentry and concorde open fire. I don¦t know. GM¦s said I had attack an other player but would somebody attack an other player in in 0,9 sec system with an expensive bs and expensive minerals on board?? I think no. Nobody would do such thinks. Pleace help me dev¦s please. The gm¦s say that they cauld give me my things back. I don¦t understand it.
After the destruction an guy was direktly behind me and take my loot. This was very strange. I think he use an exploit/bug or cheat.

Nevermind that we are not allowed to post convos/petition answers from GMs.
And about help - there is none. Unless you can prove a bug there is no chance you'll get your items back.

I want to start an action here:
-Everyone pools some money to help SpaceLord to buy his stuff back, cause I belive him, the same thing happened to me a couple of times (but I didnt bothered much cause it was only a frig.)
Then someone came behind me and collected my loot, it CERTAINLY MUST BE A CHEAT of some sort.
I just want to do this because even if the GMs are ignoring this, the community shouldn't...

no I don¦t know. I don¦t see something. I came out of warp and in that moment the sentrys and concorde had shoot on me.

But the answers of the GMs are strange:
- TomB told use in nearly everything is logged in this game;
- no GM did find the event, which did cause the fire of the sentry guns
Maybe the GMs are not able to see all the logs?
If they are able to see all logs, then we have the bug: Gun firing without reason...

Question: Did you have any kind of Smartbomb fitted?
If so, could the bug possibly be the SB detonating (As it seems to do when you leave a station) in the same moment as you exited the warp?
Furthermore, could the ship following you have been hit by the smartbomb?
That COULD be a possible "solution"...

Or he could have tried to activate a AB or MWD per quickkeys, but accidently hit the smartbomb quickkey instead. That can happen easily.

I would be nice if CONCORD didn't attack to destory every ship that breaks the tiniest of laws.
1) Murder: CONCORD destroys you ship and pods you.
2) Ship destruction (different degrees, i.e. you did all the damage, you did some of the damage, you did hardly any of the damage): Heavy Fine to Ship destruction
3) Locked Target and did damage: Light to Heavy Fine --- Depending on damage done, maybe in a ratio of Shields:Hull based on the ship class
4) Accidental damage from Smartbomb/Missle splash damage: None to Light Fine (Depending on whether the victim recieved hull damage)

Check ALL the logs. You seem to only post fragments here. If you look in the Capure directury under your eve installation, you will see all the logs. Check the date and time on them, find the one showing you being blown by Concord and sentries and post that one instead.

to be honest, if the same thing happened to me and i lost my bs, expensive minerals and all my modules on my ship because of a bug and THEN get told i wouldnt get any back..I would be severly p*ssed off and would definate quit the game as well.
I know the GM's can refund it v easily.

He has no proof it was a bug, like Mitchman said, there are huge gaps in the log file (17-23 and 23-48) which could indicate WHY he blew up.
Until you can show any real proof of it, I think your pulling a "Heff" and trying to get your stuff back via people screaming bug or exploit.

i witnessed a friend of mine being blown up by concord the other day.
he was firing missiles at a rat in a belt we were mining in and probably did some splash damage to one of my drones or a cargo container or something...whatever it was, nobody present got a warning that he had initiated hostility or nothing like that, still the concord warped in, warp scrambled him and made space dust out of his ship.
 is this something we want the police to enforce...death to all who do splash damage?
 i can see its a bugger to control...if splash damage is negated from concord "listening" then that can be used by pirates to escape the long arm of the law and practice their trade in supposedly very secure systems.
 something must obviously be done, but what?
 someone suggested that the offended pilot could call the concord off by pressing a button or something...might take to long though... surely concord should not response to damage done to ships from attackers who havent locked on to that ship (mines can be a bugger there), and pirates could avoid that at spawns by launching a cargo container next to the spawn and shooting that instead of the spawning ship (dont even know if thats effective or not)
At least concord should NOT warp scramble some offender that hasnt destroyed another ship...if however the offender has destroyed a ship THEN concord has "killing rights" and can use warp scrambling to prevent the attacker from fleeing (and of course they should always use warp scrambling on known criminals ...-5 and less)
anyway, my 2 isk on the subject

No warpscrambling ship who haven't destroyed anything look like a good idea at first, but isn't.
Szenario: 2 caracals with 5 torps each launch those and warp away. They will get some damage from the polic, but will most likely survive. Arounmd the time they dock their torps will hit their target and destroy it.
