Is there any point of flying combat for example Retribution or Ishkur with T1 guns and stuff - or should I train everything to T2 and then try ?

The best named T1 stuff (eg. Medium Modulated Pulses) are actually better than T2 in some areas (cap usage, fitting reqs.) but they're also quite pricey.
If it's for PvE I'd say you're fine using named T1 gear, if it's for PvP I'd wait until you can use at least T2 guns, T2 armor reps and T2 damage mods. Don't neglect stuff like fitting skills either otherwise you won't be able to fit all of the T2 stuff.

I'd say it depends on the T1 ship. For instance Recons and Covops have roles that no T2 fitted T1 ship can fill. T1 frigates die so much faster than AFs and Intys that I'd say go AF and Inty then train the skill--just be ready to lose your AF or Inty a few times if you tend to bite off more than you can chew. Intys are fast enough to get out of bad situations however if used right.
DEFINATLY learn to fly a T2 fitted cruiser before flying a HAC however. You should also be able to fit T2 and have good skills for faction gear if you're flying a Faction BS.
By the way this is all assuming PvP. For PvE everything is different.

Ok, so if I get AF with T1 fit I will have no probs eating T1 cruiser or bc yep ?

It depends. For example, there are no T2 nos yet.
The majority of T2 ships, save those mentioned, are damage focused for whatever reason.
You are much better off in T1 ships with T2 guns generally.
If you can't use T2 guns in pvp, just stick with ships that disable the opponent such as EW frigates and cruisers.
Since T2 drones, almost all specialties have to train them, so I'd start there before turrets. Only the people that have lots of isk to throw around, and time to invest need go for the heavy damage dealer roles.

Depends on the AF etc etc but generally, yes. I got excited about AFs and so have multiple race frigates trained to 5, not so much with the gunnery skills to 5 yet...
I do fine with a mix of named t1 gear and t2 where I can (t2 armour rep!). I do have trouble with some well tanked out BCs (They can't break my tank but I can't break theirs) but generally t1 cruisers and frigates go down. Except for T2 fitted Thoraxes. I hate those guys!
Once I settle on a ship, I'll head towards t2 guns of that race.
P.S. TRAIN THOSE SUPPORT SKILLS

If you mean T2 Nosferatu, then you are wrong. It's just that they aren't really popular or something, can only find them in the popular market regions.

He is both right and wrong. There are no t2 small or large nos, just medium.
As for t1 vs t2 for most mods the difference between best named and t2 are often minimal and you often end up fitting a few named mods anyway because it won't fit otherwise.
BUT there is one exception to this and that is the guns. The guns themselvs are not much different, the difference is the ability to use t2 ammo. While some t2 ammo is useless (t2 rockets for example) and some is being nerfed a bit in kali there are still several ammo types that are really overpowered compared to t1. All the long range sniping ammo for example and Barrage/Void etc.

af's really arent good solo against cruisers or battlecruisers
1. itll take very long to kill a battlecruiser with figate sized weaponry 2. if the cruiser/bc has experience your ship will be turned into space dust pretty fast
afs are pretty good for taking out newbs in cruisers though
