The goons have run so far away from BoB that they almost fell off the map. After being camped in their own station for over a month and losing every industrial piece of 0.0 equipment they had, they had to run. Currently we are enjoying watching them rebuild because while they rebuild in one place it makes a nice big target for us to knock back down again.
