Hello all you happy people!
It seems that on some accounts i get to see how many days of eve I have left, but on others, that little magical notification is missing.
Is there a way for me to activate that info ? |

I only have that info visible if I used a PLEX to reactivate an account.

I believe the info is NOT shown if you have a recurring subscription going. If you pay by PLEX, either for the account or for services such as dual character training, it will show you a countdown as a reminder to add another PLEX to continue playing. They should interface that with the in-game calendar, which I think can also do reminder pop-ups. |

I use PLEX on all my accounts and the information is visible on all characters, except my main, who has been subbed by credit card before, so I am guessing that's the reason I can't see how many days I have left. I can't see it both on login screen and in character sheet. The only way I could know when my account is about to expire is by using EVEMon or when I receive notification on my email that I have 6 days and second one for 23 hours left.
I even petitioned about this problem some time ago, but didn't get logical explanation. I thought it had something to do with the date of birth for the character, since my main was the oldest, but I am not sure that's it anymore. |

If your current subscription is set to expire within 30 days you will get a notification. If you are subbed beyond 30 days from the time you log in there isn't a need to remind you... but rest assured when CCP sees that you have not planned properly to put money in their pocket they will kindly remind you.

Evemon will tell you the date when your account expires.
