Simple question, is there a simple answer? Is it classed as an exploit or is it allowed?
I can see it being classed as an exloit on the basis you can sit there with little risk making millions of isk from what is intended to be a 1-shot spawn, but then they did program it to do that... also a frig/cruiser cant always kill a spawn before it chains itself, so is that an exploit?

that's cool. I just felt a bit guilty with this tripple 1.85 I've been chaining for 5 hours whilst browsing the forums

It's an exploit until someone publicises how to do it.
get a spawn. kill everything but the last frig. wait 15 mins. the entire thing respawns over time.
do it with 1.5m and above and you just sit in one spot for a few hours (or alternate between 2 or 3 different spawns if its a quiet system) and just make ... a lot. It's not a "secret" :)

how do you get officer spawns? Ive newver seen one, yet had about 50-60 faction spawns. Do they only appear in really low sec? Ive been "strip mining" entire systems (well, strip-ratting I suppose).. -.7, .8 and .8x for weeks and not found one. Ive gone from killing only bs to killing every moving target in the system and ive never come across one. Are they really that rare or what?
