Thank you for your bid, although I'm not going to treat it as 'official' until bids reach 4 billion. If you like, treat 4bil as the reserve. As for needing a reality check, some recent sales for you:
Dread - 400mil
Kaikka's - 1 - 1.5bil
Thon's - 4bil
Estamel's - 10bil
If you were able to pick up a Vepas' for 1.5 bill then I can only congratulate you on a very good deal. Typically they seem to sell in the 4-7bill range.

This is a very good item, and definetely worth the price he's asking, this will save you 3(THREE) low slots on a dread or a CNR, would buy this myself if i was a shield tank
