Telling someone that if they give you money for stock that they will get nothing in return is not a scam. In order to qualify as a scam, you have to be offering something tangible. By offering nothing in return for his stock(besides the ownership of a share in innominate neutrality), he has fullfilled his agreement completely. Logic dictates that everyone who buys a share in his corp is getting exactly what they paid for, as share in his corporation. He's not promising dividends of any sort, so therefore you should have no expectations of any sort. If you're so rich, why don't you just buy up the rest of the shares in his corp, thereby deflecting the scam before it gets so wildly out of hand? Oh that's right, you're just here to stir up ** for no real reason other than your own enjoyment. But the man is still keeping up the blog, just posted a new entry yesterday, and while I think it's gotten old he's still doing what he set out to do. He's not to blame for making all the money, you should blame people who throw isk (and real money) away on silly little trends. He realized his popularity and capitalized on it, like many people do in real life. He's like Paris Hilton. Popular for no real reason or because of any particular talent (although his writing skill might be slightly noteworthy), but popular because of trendiness and notoriety, and people are willing to shell out money because of that popularity. Shares in his company are pure novelty items and he made it amazingly clear that this was the case. It's like owning a Paris Hilton tape (sorry for the extended comparison). The tape is pretty lame, but people want it for novelties sake. This bizarre "honesty as a scam" concept promulgated by the OP is one of the most backwards ideas I have ever heard of.
