dmg mod: 4.9 (not 100%sure) rof: 1.56
vaga sisi:

Is it just me or does that mean that a double tempest-like bonus (rof and damage) will be made, well... More evil than it is now by that? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I be needin' some sig love. *sigh* |

If it's to conserve ammo I think it's a good change. Imagine how much ammo you'll need after the HP changes in Kali  Have a hauler sit next to you and feed you ammo while you kill stuff, not very practical  ________________________________________________

If your numbers are correct, sisi vaga does 1,3% more DPS.
With lower RoF we'll also get a bit more sensible audio. Currently, ACs sound like some silly machineguns rather that high-velocity cannons. ------ No ISK, no fun |

It will have a slightly higher damage mod, and a slightly slower rate of fire. While it means the individual hits will be better, it will lose more DPS if you are moving too fast for one of the volleys to connect (which is very common on the AC pest).

Slower RoF also helps server lag (fewer calculations to do).

We will get higher damage hits this way too, which extends the e-peen from hardly visible to extreamly small. Yay! :)

180mm:
4.50 rof 2.47 dmg
220mm:
4.72 rof 2.77 dmg
425mm:
5.63 rof 3.46 dmg

Ah, but the hitpoint increase is a stealth buff to lasers. It makes having infinite ammo that much more useful.

Heh with dual 180's my sound usually bugs after like 10 seconds of fire and i can't hear them anymore cause they are firing too quick.
But really we get a tiny boost in dps, and with the upcoming hp hitpoints it won't cost 1million isk worth of barrage to kill something anymore. Rof/dmg bonus ships will also get a better dps boost from their bonii now.

They are likely raising the cap of all ships to not give minmatar and caldari such a huge boost in Kali. Then gallente and amarr will have cap to fire their guns as usual, even with longer battles, and balance is restored.
Yes, I know Amarr has problems with EANM II. They are looking into a possible solution.

Yes, I know Amarr has problems with EANM II. They are looking into a possible solution.
lolololol I say drop the boost of EANM II's from 20% EM to 10% and the rest stay 20%

Or change the universal hardeners into 3 dmg type hardeners. Inv= EM/Kin/Them and EANM=Kin/Exp/Therm
