I have some questions:
1. What about shield increasing. If we will have a shield increase leaving alone recharge time then aldari/minmatars ships would be nearly invulnerabe in combat. I mean that around 1/3 shield strenght the recharge is the best. Lets assume that a ship has a recharge of 30 points in there now. After Kali it will have 60 hp recharge. Armor tanking races will not have this benefit. So... reduce the sield recharge for caldari ships by 50% or increase the amount of armor repaired by armor reps.
2. Rats. Do they have the hp boost also? I mean it is already hard to kill some solo (in missions those are the "boss rats"). I dont care about rats tanking armor - it will just take more time to kill, but for example mordus mammoth - it is tanking with shield. IF it will get another boost it will be just impossible to kill him solo. + ratting on belts in 0.0 will get nerfed (for those that live in areas infested with Angels, Guristas and other shield-tanking pirate factions).
3. Why increasing hp?
Maby a sticky? I dont see one relating to HP increase.

Rats dont get a hp boost and the reasons for the hp boost are that ccp wants to make combat last longer and give people time to think during the fight.

Ooops, forgot to comment on that one. Yeah, they are changing the recharge time as well, making the recharge rate/sec before and after the hp boost the same.
