1. Scrap warp to "0" and remove insta's, it makes everyone default response to run away and nobdy should be able to insta dock at the first sign of danger, it nerfs surprise tactics and takes away from that great danger feeling.
2. Tone down the hp boost, it makes solo and samll gang pvp fights so long they become somewhat boring and give the defender to much time to assemble a blob against you, it also fails at it's desiged purpose which is to make fleet battles longer.
3. Change local to constilation chat, it's the ultimate intel tool, combined with wrap to 0 it makes people far to hard to catch. It would also be nice is cov-ops ships where actually covert.
4. Find a way to move pvp away from the gates. Nobody likes getting blobbed at a gate with no chance of escape, and nobody enjoys sitting at a gate killing anything that enters in seconds, it's just not fun for anybody.
5. Buff low-sec, the risk for going to low-sec is far greater than the reward which is why it's largy empty, give people a reason to go there.
6. DO NOT allow bubbles in low-sec, it will cause people to avoid low-sec at all costs and increase boring gate camps. I prefer low-sec to 0.0 becuase I can move around freely while looking for a fight.
7. Nerf the abilty to create super-safes with probes, it's just lame.
8. Nerf high sec and increase pvp rewards. There no reason someone should be able to make billions in high-sec while some who activly pvp's, putting thier ship and mods in harms way makes signifigantly less.
9. Start punishing loggeres, there no sense in making a rule if nobody cares enough to enforce it.
10. Stop pandering to carebears, yes I know, they bring the majority of the cash, but some people like the fact that this game has a sense of danger, real loss, and real acomplishment. things like warp to 0 and the massive hp boost just encourge people to avoid any danger and make eve nothing more than grinding. Stick to your origanl design, don't sell out, pretty please.
