I: Boost Amarr! Abaddon/Hyperion/Mealstrom make other BS obsolete, i suggest BS Version of Arbitrator/Celestis/Stabber (with Optimal EW Bonus, adjust Typhoon for more missles and target painter bonus)
II: Add more smallscale Combat possibilities, right now its either solo gank, gang-gank or pos siege. I would like something in between, like raiding a mining outpost oder disrupting automated supply lines...
III: Boost Amarr! Major Cap Problems on some Amarr and Gallente Ships with boosted HP. Suggestion: Rise their damage by 5-10% so using cap really offers something.
IV: Remove Farming of NPC Content, i would really like to try a Complex or Cosmos sometimes, but i just dont bother cause 10mins after downtime all good stuff is farmed. Make them exploreable Content!
V: Boost Amarr! Crappy Cap Bonus... Tank Line Ships need Resists/Cap Recharge Bonus, Gank Line Ships need Rof(dmg)/Tracking, Support Line needs a BS Version.
VI: Get a clear view on fleet combat. You cant give one BS better range, same damage and more useable slots then all other long range bs... Compensate the others, eg Resists bonus for apoc instead of cap use...
VII: Boost Amarr! Dont nerf the others! Drake and Ferox are now very similar, almost like Geddon/Apoc/Abaddon, lol. Hurricane needed the nerf though, i dislike minmatar who think they can get better ships then the mighty amarr.
VIII: Give Stealth bombers their Role back, eg Torp launchers with damage bonus, yarr! Oh, and dont make the caldari one better then the others, lol.
IX: Boost Amarr! Khanid MK II. Did i need to say more? Malediction needs a third launcher and general missle dmg bonus like crow, Sacrilege needs more Missile Slots and a Missile Bonus back, ****ation could use some offensive Bonus like one more Launcher and Turret slot, its damage is pathetic, and fix the 5% optimal Bonus to 10%, caldari bias he?
X: Racial Balance could need a makeover, 5% more shild for caldari and 5% more armor hp for amarr, who cares? make them really unique, but watch those minmatar, they exploit everything if given opportunity.
did i mention boost amarr?
