I still think the Hurricane competes with it[15% DPS reduction from guns] pretty well[tanks better that is for sure], but i didnt want to see it get nerfed[also because its so easy to jump into via cross training]. As well, rigs will even the gap more. That being said, it is just a senitment that anyone will likly express in such situations. I still would have rather had the harbi boosted.
