Dramiel is crap, gonna get killed by the first slicer pilot who knows a little bit what he is doing.
Daredevil is a good anti-inty, and can blap big stuff if you're flying it in duo (near 900 cold dps).
But if you want to gank farmer, you need to think of what you're going to kill first since they are quite easy prey.
For instance in 0.0 most carebears use ishtars and 100MN vni. For that kind of stuff an orthrus is just fine and even a svipul or now a jackdaw can deal with their tank (and dps)+the orthrus is just fine to hold tackle on a ratting carrier ;)
In HS people seems to be going around in battle ships, so you got to be prepared for longer fights with better tank but with less damage projection (exept from those nasty gecko rattlesnakes  ) so things like a stratios with neuts and geckos should work I think. You'll be super lucky if you manage to catch anything with a darevil or a 100dps astero.

Well really either the slicer has links/snakes and the dram neither, or the dram pilot must be braindead to be kited "easily" by a slicer |

Confirming. I don't know what you're smoking, but the Dramiel is as hard counter to the Slicer as it gets, it's naturally much faster and assuming a level playing field and that the Dramiel is scram fit, just slingshot the Slicer and it's over, the lasers won't hit with a close orbit. Even if the Slicer is linked/snaked and faster than you the naturally high speed means you can quite easily pull off a defensive slingshot and warp away. |
