Hi all
I was happily mining and i needed to pick up my giant secure container unanchored it and my pc crashed to desktop.
Now teh main problem is i cant get back into eve, the splash window says loggin on and the voice says connecting but it just sits there and does nothing.
I've done the obvious...restart the pc, i've got two main problems i've now got my hoarder floating in space and an unanchored giant containers full of ore.
Can any one help?

aye, same problem here. Everyone in my corp window vanished, I couldn't move ore so I relogged, now it just goes "connecting" then stops  I'm gonna lose my ore and I hate mining as it is without having to replace it

I was just disconnected during a jump. I got a message about the Transport not being connected or somthing to that effect. Now I can't log back in either.
Something has gone horribly wrong..!

Oh yeah, I was in an iteron V with Partial Hull Conversion expanders completely full of megacyte in a belt with 17 pirates shooting me. I better get my stuff back.

er - from my own experiences, the last month or so (since the last ajor upgrade to hardware) has been the most stable yet, no CTD's and no issues
I am not gonna go mad just it happens once.....

See alot of anger against CCP on this topic. Can't see why they are doing everything they can to keep this server running. But since we are paying for this I think that we should get little more for our money this is knocking my training for some time and that is the only thing that bugs me whit the down times. ffs ====> I dont often reply to this server stuff since iw been working 6 years with online servers and now the problems that can be. but this is not true.... this is a game that we pay for its not free we dont get stuff for free.
dt/server reboot bla bla i really dont care about what they do to solve the problem but solve it ASAP since we that love this game dont wanna lose players/friends to other games.

I checked whats on TV and my cable company has pulled the plug on my cable TV accidentally......so no Eve and no TV.....

I went to the help website when I couldn't log on. They recommended that I download a new vid card driver. I did that and POW! Now my whole system is jacked up :(
I'm downloading patch after patch from the windows website now, hoping that I won't have to reload my whole system :(
I'm bitter.

Yep those hardware upgrades do seem to have worked... CCP claim this server can support 10k players, this may be so. However, its obvious CCP can not support this game. So please do us all a favour, sell the game to someone that can! Even if it ends up in the hands of SoE.
You have designed a great game in theory, but lack the man power or skills to do it justice. Please sell it to some profesional developers and go back to being ice monkeys building igloo's, or whatever it is do you in Iceland. |

I was mining bistot with a corp mate in an Apoc guarding. I was in my Dominix with 6 Miner 2's going and 8 harvesters deployed. I got dropped and then he did about 10 seconds later in a place where 30-50k pirates love to spawn...
CCP, this is bull****. You already shut things down for an hour at a time every day and it's still not enough?! I've never seen a more unstable online game.

WTF? One power supply? Power supply to the server room? One UPS? One PSU in a server? Either way that should not take down all the servers!
Also, "the servers will be up and running in a while" ??? That's not what I want to hear! In a *little* while, yeah, I could live with that, but in a while suggests this might take quite some time!
Of course my skill finished training over 2 hours ago and I don't have any money for beer. This is a bad, bad, day! Grrrrrr!
