Verified: the Hyperion Model is in!
Although I am a bit disappointed with the ship, I can't even fit 8 425mm rails and a tank setup. Good HP though.
The description says its supposed to be a blasterboat, and it just doesn't seem to be fast or agile enough. It has 5% large hybrid bonus and 7.5% armor repair amount. Sounds like a tank/gun setup to me.
Any other changes/fixes observed? Kinda hard since the test server keeps coming down lol.

T2 void stats changed slightly, more optimal, less falloff, still has damage nerf and tracking nerf. Null has less of a tracking nerf, but still reduced tracking.
Cap charges are smaller in volume. Cap increased. Hype still goes cap dead after about 3 cap reloads when fighting a 4x nos 4x torp Rokh, without breaking it's passive tank. Hype setup w/ 8x guns btw. Anything but nos is totally useless. Cap change didn't help much. You still go cap dead, just takes longer now.
