There are two different postgres exports.
the one i linked, which has everything in public, and https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/sdecarnyx-1.0-113321/postgres-carnyx-1.0-113321-schema.sql.bz2 which has them in evesde

While I haven't checked (don't have it on this computer) if it's null, then it's probably null in the SDE from CCP.

There seems to be a problem with invTypes. Ids 35764, 35770, 35771, 35772, 35773 and 35774 seem much invalid, yet they are in the table and in a valid market group.
