What is also interesting is that I completely missed the fact that someone also purchased a Ragnarok bpo shortly after ASCN (or maybe it was BoB?) bought their Avatar bpo, Aug. 19 in Hrober to be specific. Now of course this does not necessarily mean someone actually has one sitting docked at a pos, but rather that they have the capability to build one. So, BoB and ASCN adding more to their fleets? Another alliance joining in but keeping their operations hush-hush? And that all important question - who will purchase a Leviathan bpo? Oh also, I am NOT referring to the Erebus that was technically the first one on Tranquility as we all know that appeared to be an experiment by CCP or whomever, I assume to just make sure they work.

Its not like they do anything that they would do better in a fleet- warp portals, Uber Hauling, doomsday device, you only need one of them for that kind of thing. The price is just too phenomenal to be worth building more than one- you'd be better of spending the money on a new outpost, or something sensible like that It's one thing to build one, as a flag ship for your alliance and a door to those various unique abilities, but more than one would just be shameless e-peen stroking............ -----------------------------------------------

I dont think it matters BOB and ASCN are playing with theirs down south, the outcome of this war is not going to be decided by who can use their Titan more effectivly. Its a nice trophy ship but in terms of Cost to Effectiveness both BOB and ASCN would have been better pumping out 10 motherships/carriers/dreads each... Then again i may be wrong, i would love to be proved otherwise End

I don't know. As for other alliances. D2 I bet have the ability. Possably even LV or some of the northern alliances aswell.
