It seems I signed up for a 7 Day Trial. However, there are others who have 14 Day trials (and I have seen people mention 10 Day trials).
Is there any way I could get my 7 Day trial turned into a 14 Day trial (i.e. get another 7 Days)?
I think it ends either today (or it ended yesterday).

Never have I heard that extending trial, because other better exist, would have been possible. If in doubt, petition, but it might take a while for it to be answered.

Well, I don't think I will have a chance to log-in today before my trial expires (if it hasn't already).
So I would guess that rather than /petition I would have to hope it could be resolved here. Any recommendation on how to do that here?

I've never heard of a 7-day trial...
You could always get a new trial. I doubt it can be extended.

The link on the homepage of this site is a measly 7 day trial, while there are a bunch of 14 day trial links on other sites.
It's rather annoying. I too only had the 7 day trial.

Could someone point to the link, since Buddy-program is 14-days and I can't find anything with 7 days? Just for interest. :)

Its on a tab near the top of the home page labelled 'signup', it leads to here ... https://secure.eve-online.com/trial/

QFT. If you feel the game is fun enough to play for another week, you'll probably want to keep playing it anyway. If not, you apparently find the game a piece of crap anyway and another week of free playtime is unlikely to change your opinnion.

Just to clarify - if you sign up for the account from this website, you only get a 7 day free trial.
If you sign up from a buddy key that somoene has sent you, you get a 14 day trial.
I didnt realise until after i'd already signed up, but a week is neither here or there in the grand scheme of things, so I didnt worry about it too much, and much like me, im fairly sure that 99% of the newcomer population wouldnt know until after the fact either.

Eve-files.com - the Chribba's top joint :-) - has 14 day trials, also buddy program is 14 days, and the rest of external advertisements.
That 7 days is total utter crap :|
I'd petition it, as harassment :P
