The nerf to ECMs is quite good. They can still be used on any ship but at greatly reduced efficiency.
The nerf to ECM dedicated ships was completely unwarrented. These ships are pure support and good at nothing but jamming and, as such, SHOULD excel at it. Most of the whines about ECMs we have seen in the past never mentioned a rook, a scorp or a blackbird. They were mostly about domis.

Well, all I can say is that my experience on Sisi only shows that ECM is still extremely broken.
Maelstrom - Multi (2pts jam) vs my Domi (22pts sensor strength)
12 jam cycles - fffJJffJJJfJ where F=fail, J = jam.
Odds of this occuring: 1 in 1.89 million.....(as far as my maths guru told me).
Then, I went and flew my scorp with 5 xt2 multi's and couldnt jam him at all over 5 cycles.
Guess I'm just pure unlucky.

Just got off the Sing while playing around myrmidon. 2x t2 multi's and 2 of thoes ECM enhancment rigs gave me a sucsess rate of about %33 (estimation)on a drake.

I still have my suspicions about random number generation on TQ :).
