Werent all damage control 1 bpos turned into damage control II bpos? making these way, way way way way overprices?

Nope thier were only basic damage control BPO's and they were turned into damage control I BPO's. Thier are no damage control II BPO's in the game at this time.

No you can only fit one but it doesnt have a stacking penalty in relation to other resistance affecting modules.
