After negotiating for positive standings with AIL members of X13 used that positive standings to attack a small industrial operation. Be aware that X13 is not capable of honoring NAP's or respecting standings they negotiate for.

When + standing were origianly set it was agreed that 24 hours would be given befor any change, we did not recieve a single mail or convo regarding a standings reset, a single corp member in local doesn't make anything official and that certainly wasn't 24 hours. x13 members have been going in and out of our system peacfully for at some time, some of them even taking the time to do a little ratting, yet the members involved in this attack seem to think were to assume that they were hostile because of our alliance status which is almost a week old now. Prior to the fight the carrier pilot who is former x13 now in D2 said in a privat convo he was "just moving some stuff out". The Member in the quoted chat logs also said in a privat convo that while he did not like the situation he wouldn't attack. Well done mates, you killed a few easily replacable barges at the expense of your corps good name. When we joined SKV we contacted the X-13 leadership and we both agreed that even though X-13 has no standing with the alliance we would still keep the between AIL/PDGN and X-13 at +5. This was all agreed and everyone was happy. Then tonight 2 X-13 guys where in local (which wasnt uncommon) in a carrier and a raven. We contacted them both and everything was still positive. The carrier guy just said he was moving stuff out of system (like he did quite often) and the other guy was moving some stuff too. When the PDGN guys were in the middle of a mining op a Core Domination interdicter and interceptor appeared and drop a warp bubble (we knew they were in system so we have a domi at the belt to insure protection from these small ships.) then the X-13 raven pilot appeared 50km from the belt with fighter drones and started to wipe out the mining op. We popped the raven but the fact they attacked us with +ve standings without even saying anything sickens me. If they had told us they were changing standing then there wouldnt be a problem but the fact that they attacked us when we were positive standing and were just talking about the positive standing 15mins before the attack is just wrong. The way that x13 handeled this was dishounerable regardless of you personall feelings about our corp. For the record we had very little interaction with x13, just + standings. His excuse? He was killing industrialists who were funding pirates that were harassing him and his corp...pirates, who were infact not pirates at all, and not only did his logs to "prove" this, majorly blow and had nothing in them...he also refused to reimburse the innocent people he killed. It was everyone he could kill, that he killed..even people who had just gotten to that area of space. If anyone fought back, he would run...he would gank innoncent belt ratters and miners, who didn't even know these "pirates", and afterwards tell the person who they just ganked, was a pirate scum, gloat at them and then leave, saying that was just a warning. First of AIL and PDGN makes a full scale move down to Stain. At this time X-13 was disbanding for the most part so we arranged a NAP with them which they accepted and everyone was happy. At this time SKV, Core Domination, True Core and PPN were all hostile towards AIL and PDGN and some good fight came out of this. For the most part SKV, PPN, TCD and TC were working together mainly to get us out of Stain. This was all in good fun and we all enjoyed the fights that came out of it. AIL and PDGN make a NAP with SKV however we remain hostile to TC, TCD and PPN. SKV however and still friendly with all those corps. No real problems here. AIL and PDGN join the SKV alliance. TCD and PPN are given a 24 hour grace period before standing to the SKV alliance reset to neutral. No one from SKV, AIL or PDGN broke the 24 hour agreement. When the 24 hours were up standing were reset and we had some good fights with them. Positive standing were kept with TC on the condition that they move out of the immediate area were TCD and PPN were living and this was fine. When joining the SKV alliance AIL and PDGN talked with the X-13 leadership and it was agreed that even though X-13 has no standings with SKV itself, positive standing with AIL and PDGN would remain and everyone was happy there. Finite Horizon come down for a few fights which were all in good fun. I respect those guys. They love a good fight and so do we. X-13 has a couple guys in system which wasnt unusual since they were still moving some of they're stuff out of the system. They were still positive to us and since we hadn't heard otherwise they were still positive to us. They then proceed to wipe out a PDGN mining op with the help of a couple TCD guys. We popped a Tech 2 fitted raven belonging to X-13 however the fact that they attacked us under positive standing was unforgivable. Thats the jist of the current situation in Stain. I can't comment on the x13 arangment you had, but we only reset standings to TCD when you joined the alliance & where given the 24h notice & grace peroid "which was not broken" the standings to PPN united where alliance wide +ve and they knew that, and you saw them as blue as well, then due to some racial remark one of our pilots did, a Blood Inquisition pilot, they took it upon themselves to murder him rather than speaking to me, and thats why standings where reset, and they admit this fact, but other than this, I beleive your view on everything is acurate. Why x13 were napped with you in the first place however is questionable.

Stain has been fun so far, but there seems to be a lot of pent up anger amongst all of these corps. We dont actually have a personal beef with the TCD guys. They fight well and provide some good fights and i hope there are more in the future. And lets remind everyone here that this thread is about the X-13 problem and I dont see why people we fought many months ago are posting in here. I kinda understand why TCD are posting they were involved i the X-13 gank though we are hostile to TCD so I dont hold it against them. PPN guys main beef is actually with the Blood Inc guys since AIL has always been hostile to PPN so i dont see why they are moaning about it now. And as for Catalyst Reaction. I have no idea why you wanna get involved here. We had a conflict many months ago which was good fun and you guys left the area. I dunno whether you left because of us or because you joined a new alliance but i dont really care either. What I do know is that when we had that one really good close up fleet battle when AIL jumped into Manner Moestyles was 210km from the gate in his Sniping Machariel however was the first ship to warp away even before the first HASTE BS went down. So i dont know why you are condeming Niks leadership Moe when you would let your entire fleet die just to save your ship which we couldnt kill anyways because it was at range. Anyways, I'm drifting off topic and I would appreciate it if no one else would do the same. This thread is about X-13 and no about Nik's "conversations" in local after he gets really annoyed. I really dont like to smack in local, even if something really bad happens but I've got to say is I really hate where this thread has gone. We've really gone off topic here. This threat was about the actions of X-13 that night they attacked the PDGN miners in the belt. Apart from that one incident the X-13 guys are really good PvPers and I have have alot of respect for them. I look forward to fighting them in the future. As for Core Domination and PPN guy, I dont know why the hell you are even posting in this thread. It wasnt about you or the fights we've had.
