I was podkilled by KrullDari in UMI-KK. Last time I looked Tribute region wasnt Venal. I was killed for absoultly no reason other than piracy. Beware of EveOwner ID: 184908065, "KrullDari". They seem to be out to get us.
Jade, you and your group are nothing put pirate snakes.
Now, I might add this pirate didnt take me out at the first gate, rather killed me later on. She even said hi to me and gave no indication of piracy. I will be back.

I was killed for no reason. Insted of trying to help me, or explain the actions I am met with more contempt. Who do you guys think you are?
The pilot in question lured me into a false sence of confidence. She said hi to me on the local channel(which I have kept)then followed me through THREE jump gates before scrambling my warp drive and killing my ship. Then, she murdered me for no reason.
I view this as greifing and I thought the NVA was above that. I guess not.

I'd like the other thread locked. I was killed two or so hourrs after the last post. If you'd bother to read it you would see why I am mad. (Iwas told it was ok to be where I was. I wasnt in VENAL I LEFT as asked.

Having reviewed the facts of this case I have to say you are not doing yourself or your corp a great deal of good in the credibility stakes.
Last night NVA scrambled to knock out and pod an office seller in closed NVA space and we were disappointed to discover that this war profiteer had passed the real estate to Nexus Enterprises. (Given that some NVA corps still haven't obtained office space in Venal we strongly disaprove the practise of office acquisition by non NVA corps)
So tonight its fair to say we were in a less than forgiving mood with the crazy bumbling manouvers you made in advance of a sizable Biomasss raiding sortie. I also cannot understand all this clone jumping malarky? You were told to leave.
The reason we closed Venal for the war status was to protect our military pilots and clear the region of combat operations in defense of our homeland.
All noob ships and dodgy looking people get asked to leave or simply eliminated in such circumstances.
We posted fair warning.
And by now most of Eve knows the score.
So, now you have taken your case to the forums and accused us of being "pirate snakes" and promised to be back.
Well, thats nice mr Helmett.
At the moment NVA Military committee has met and provisionally voted your corp Nexus Enterprises KOS in NVA space.

Honestly,
I just do the announcements, our security committee came to agreement that your actions are not in the best interest of NVA security and that your knee jerk forum propaganda damages the reputation of your corp to the degree that we do not wish to see your operations in NVA space under their colours.
Its quite simple.

You have a problem, you don't go slandering the alliance on the public forums. Just like Jade said...it's "poisonous" propaganda, and we consider it to be every bit as hostile and aggressive as taking military action inside Venal. You slander us on the forums, we take it seriously, because we know who we are and what we stand for. And we also know that if you cannot set a good example, you will have to become a terrible warning to others who think our stated borders and security can be danced around lightly.
We have enough problems with legitimate military threats and spies without having to waste resources pandering to trespassers who cannot take the time to find out who is in charge of a region before they go bumbling in.
We want to be fair and just. This, however, does NOT mean we are going to just let people we don't know wander through Venal and smell the roses. And before you whine, tell me one other alliance that would allow you to do so.
That's what I thought.

Resolution:
As of a few minutes ago, Dark is no longer a part of Nexus Enterprises. My CEO, Fubie, and I have spoken with Jade in regards to this incident and it has been resolved with Dark's termination.
This incident is represenative of what happens when new employees (he was with us barely a day) decide to speak for the corp as a whole. Jade has also informed me that Dark had a somewhat checkered past that also raised a few eyebrows. Well, he is no longer our responsibility/liability.
Let me reiterate that Nexus Enterprises has had nothing but good relations with the NVA in the past and respects thier organization as a whole. We have worked very hard to stop this incident in it's tracks and move forward in a more positive manner.
As to the issue of the office in Venal, it shall be taken up within the next 24 hours when Jade is not so sleepy.  Until that time, I have instructed Nexus personnel to steer clear of the system. So, please, if you see one of our people in the area they will most likely be coming to pick something up from the office and transport it elsewhere. Feel free to show them the exit but do not fire on them as they will pose no threat to you.

First, we do think he's a pirate alt, or at least a collaberator. We've said that.
Secondly, he was already KOS by last night, meaning we will happily kill him wherever we find him.
Third, we do not always make public all the information we have at our disposal regarding certain players.
Finally, it should be telling that Helmett's own corporation decided to wash their hands of him.

The NVA has a couple of territorial claim categories.
In Venal proper and the northern regions we claim sovereignty and have currently closed the region due to the war threat. Presence here by non-NVA and non-ally is considered reason enough for default KOS in the current climate. Though polite and sensible travellers will generally get warned and asked to leave.
In Pureblind and K-Tay we claim protectorate. This means that while neutrals may come and go as they chose. KOS people will get vaporised without question here by NVA fleets.
Dark Helmett went KOS due to his actions and attitude. Thus he was knocked out in Protectorate zone.
For the record yes, we certainly had cause to believe he was either a pirate alt or pirate aligned agitator.

It was late in the early hours m'dear, but in our defence I will say the matter was swiftly debated in our security council and we chose made to make it abundantly clear this time that "appeal to the forum" whinge-fests will not gain very much sympathy at all.

On that you were certainly right. The office saga the day before put us on alert as did Dark Helmets arrival immediately before the Biomice raiding fleet. And of course in retrospect yes, we remembered that Dark Helmet has done this kind of thing before.
I think our suspicions are more or less proved out with his swift "defection" to the "dork side" today.
Postscript. Nexus Enterprises have booted him from the corp and opened negotiations with the NVA that have led to their immediate suspension from the KOS list.
Reasoned diplomacy works.
Forum whinging doesn't.
Thats the point we'd like to make.

The office purchase was an entirely seperate issue that has already been resolved. Both sides are coming out of this mess in a stronger position than before. For any NVA people who wish clarification on this matter, please contact myself or Jade.
As for Mr. Helmett, he was released from my corp for failing to let the directors handle the situation through pre-established in game channels. He turned what should have been a minor trespassing violation into a spectacle of nonsense by his multiple posts on these boards. And, yes, it is true that he was only with the company for barely one day.
I wish him good luck in his 'pirate career'. 
Jade was correct in her earlier post that diplomacy does work and I would like to thank her and the NVA leadership again for helping bring this matter to a close.
