Did just find this out in MD forums, I assume a lot people missed this.
In addition to this.. Scrolling the wheel in any number-place will make it go up or down. If you do a "hard scroll" it will go down by a large amount, while a "soft scroll" gives you more control.
If you want to search for every T2 item on the market, open your Market->Search, and type " ii" (excluding quotationmarks). Please note that some tags and a bit of random other things will also appear.
You can filter items (in the market overview) by skills, cpu/pwg and untrained skills (useful if you don't feel like scrolling over the skills you already have trained). You can also turn off auto-refresh (this is useful when modifying a large amount of orders in rapid succession)
On another note, You can set up audio alerts w.r.t your shield/armor/hull percentage. You can also turn them off, without turning any other sound off. (Three/four bar-thingie, audio alerts)
Right-clicking modules will allow you to toggle Auto-Repeat (and -Reload, where applicaple) on and off.
If you're using multiple clients, this link might help! (using symlinks will also create seperate settings folders in your default "C:\ProgramData\CCP\EVE" and C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE, with names related to the name of the symlink-folders)
In general, EVElopedia is a GREAT source of information. If it lacks some information, you can then google it (oh, and feel free to create/modify pages if they're inaccurate, although YARR might get angry with you if you abuse this privilige (sp))
"Pinning" something does not mean it is pinned to it's location, it merely becomes transparent.
You can fleet yourself, by right-clicking your own name and hitting "form fleet with..." - however, you will not get bonuses when you're alone. (No need to have an alt online)
There are a BUNCH of handy short-cuts that (nearly) nobody knows about. (but this has already been mentioned) One such is CTRL+W (that we all know and love from our browsers) to close the currently active window. Or CTRL+PgDn and CTRL+PgUp to switch between tabs, CTRL+Tab to switch between windows (you'll also find the very useful "hide/show all windows"), SHIFT+Tab to "fold" all windows, and the list goes on.
I, myself, prefer "E" for "drones engage" and "R" for "return to dronebay". I also prefer "Z" for "need shields" and "X" for "in position".
...And that's about all I could think about. |
