As we are fast approaching Revelations release, and questions abound in the in-game channels I thought I'd try and start a catalogue of forum confirmations of features from CCP. This is not meant to be a thread for commentary, but a catalogue of posts.
If you wish to reply please:
a) State the feature clearly
b) Link to the thread and post number containing the CCP confirmation
If you do not have a confirmation but want a feature tracked, please at least submit a).
Keep it neat, clean and I'll update this post and the next with confirmations.
If anyone from CCP wants to help me out, please post away, and lets keep the community informed in this final week before Revelations.

Features:
- Availability of 800k Character Creation - Confirmed
- Advanced Learning Skills Require only Basic Learning Skill Level 4 - Unknown
- Warp to 0km when manually activated - Unknown
- Tractor beams only work on wrecks - Unknown
- Rigs cannot be removed except for ship repackaging - Unknown

I have by no means gone through all forum posts. I am restricting myself to only the Revelations Development and Testing Forum. Information form other forums can be submitted.

The warp to 0 is either Confirmed or Unconfirmed.
Its definately not "Discussed non-existant feature, but no word from CCP".
It is on Sisi and debated as such here: http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=420891
Have no post where CCP has commented on it, readily found. But Oveur did answer at least one question on it, at the fanfest, where he basically defended it.
