The warp to 0 is in green text.
Any ideas what this means? Just that they are not done possibly tweaking other changes resulting from/related to warp to 0? Or that WTZ is not necessarily in on the 28th? I don't see mention to other anticipated changes such as bookmarks near celestial objects.

Green means it was put in after the patch notes went up.. So basically its in.. But is it just gate to gate or to all objects? If its to all objects then expect the forums to go supernova after Rev1..

If its like it is on SISI then its MANUALLY Gate-to-Gate (no set destination, get a sandwich) and depending on the speed/size of your ship, you still have to decloak and click 'Jump'
It also works on Stations and to Gang Members (Where ever a 'Warp to 15m' was now has a 'Warp to 0')

Everyone likes it except for people who don't know how to anchor more than 1 small warp bubble at a gate or the 5 forum whiners who don't wanna believe that station instas are as prevalent as gate-to-gates.
But I know they're going to like it just as much as everyone when it goes live

Well, it dosen't matter does it if the is a warp bubble at a gate if your just passing through? Is a jump considered a 'warp' by a bubble?

Yeah, that bit has got me also. Does that mean that WTZ is now in, or does it mean that because it is green they have decided to leave it out? |

Dred'Pirate Jesus answered this above but I also found confirmation from Kieron. It is in, it was just an update to the patch notes after they were posted.
