There is also lag to consider - and since lag works so well for bubble camps, with pods being popped before the victim even sees themselves in a pod before going to the clone vat, there could still be opportunities. Everything is "down to one second" so if you can hit that bracket of target lag (perception) and lock time, you have them. Good lowsec campers who know their stuff boast about this.
