The damage of tech 2 ammos types: Aurora, Spike and Tremor have been decreased by 27.2%, optimal range bonus has been decreased to 80%.
I thought with the Hitpoints increase and the range bonus decreased that we would get Damage increased not decreased??

Yes, that's why the Rokh hits well at ranges with t1 ammo in kali, where a current pre-kali tempest with 100% range bonus tremor would already miss most of the time.
So yes, makes sense to nerf t2 ammo to 80% range and nerf damage, too.
