Yes, imagine that, a 3-4% dps boost from the rigs. It will be UBER, I tell you! 
2 words: stacking penalities. The ROF rigs get that of a 4th, 5th and 6th heatsink.

Noooo? We have only a 25% HP boost, not a 250% one. Targets will still pop insta or in seconds.

Strange, I remember seeing an 80 pages ac-whine thread as "longest thread in eve" in an older forum statistics post of chribba.
Of cource, the amarr thread topped that recently, but an 100 vs 80 pages comparsion wouldn't exactly let me draw the conclusion that one side whines, the other doesn't

Sorta. On the other hand, there is no 10 pages laser cap use or 4 pages "save the abaddon" topic up, so right now minnies are ahead in the whining front.
In the end both races whine pretty much the same.

Thats the whole reason I wrote "In the end both races whine pretty much the same." The minnies got a somewhat older whine thread about ACs which made it to 80 pages.
