But as the cloaked pilot you ran into, I can tell you, that you were dead regardless, I bumped you way way out of alignment and had pts on you way before you go back into alignment to the station. Im personally looking into this as I didn't know it happened and still question if it did happen you appeared to be able to type in local while you say you were getting spammed. If you confirmed you had points on him and bumped him out of his aligment with a covert ops... then why would your corp convo spam him extensively?. And if more then three people constantly convoing you, you can't do much but sit there and be lagged out way 2 go MDK! Also I am disappointed in the members of MDK that were involved with this, lost my total respect

I can start slinging dirt about all the times people have tried gang invites/can tricks/log off tricks etc etc etc, but if you lose all respect for a corp after 1 accusation with no evidence of anything, thats pretty judemental tbh.

You got a point there but why would he come to the forums if he got owned fair and square? Why would he complain he got killed by a corp by spamming if that didn't happen? You somehow confirm what happened (except the spamming) by saying that you indeed uncloaked next to him, bumped him then scrambled him and by confirming this event, you give credebility to his complaint. It's much easier to fake a whine about an event that didn't happen at all. and to be clear: I'm not saying MDK did it, just giving my feedback on what has been said.

As pirates we understand that we will die often, so are unlikely to make this stuff up like your usual victim. I was caught I as I thought I was aligned to station but was aligned to gate and hit the wrong **** warp. However, this has nothing to do with your spam kill, you are only as good as your last job I believe the saying goes. The GM's will decide. And I notice they deleted my last post. Accusations from both sides are not taking this issue any further, and it should be dealt with ingame and not on the forums.
