i've seen it a couple of times now and makes me wonder if it's a bug. sometimes covert ops warp in uncloaked. now that it happened again today at our pos i can hardly believe that he forgot to cloak or something. probably he saw himself cloaked and in fact wasnt. just wanted to check if it's a known bug. and where's the fix? :P

Either he wanted to be seen or he was using an improved cloaking device II. Which wud mean he has to warp in uncloaked then cloak. It aint a bug, so either he is a dumb cov ops pilot or hasnt actually got a covert ops cloak fitted

well, at least there was a bug in the past
(didnt test it out yet by now again, cause i aint feel like buying a 70mil cloak just to test :p)
when you were gate-cloaked, then moved into any direction to decloak and then repeatedly cloaked/decloaked by triggering the cloaking device, at some point it will technically fail to cloak you but the client still thinks you are cloaked.
module is blinking green and the ship is cloaked, but normally visible to everyone other.
i think that is also the way other pilots went for in-warp cloaked BS screenshots

well, it was cov ops frigs every time and their killmails showed cov ops cloaks. noone would warp to a pos at 100 without a cov ops cloak :)
ok, good to hear it's not a bug, but hostiles handing out nice loot and killmails :) thanks.
